Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
FKBP7, also known as FK506-binding protein 7, is a member of the FKBP family of proteins that play crucial roles in various cellular processes, including protein folding, signal transduction, and immune regulation. The significance of FKBP7 in health and disease has garnered considerable attention in recent years, particularly due to its involvement in innate immunity and inflammation. Studies have shown that FKBP7 is upregulated in response to stress signals, suggesting its role in cellular adaptation. Additionally, FKBP7's interaction with various binding partners highlights its potential as a regulatory molecule in crucial biological pathways. Researchers are increasingly interested in exploring FKBP7 as a therapeutic target, given its implications in conditions such as cancer, autoimmune diseases, and metabolic disorders. The generation of recombinant FKBP7 protein allows for detailed functional studies, enabling scientists to dissect its mechanisms of action and evaluate its potential as a biomarker or therapeutic target. Overall, FKBP7 serves as a pivotal element in understanding the cellular machinations that underlie both physiological and pathological processes, making it an important focus of current biomedical research.
