简介
HSF1 is a stress-inducible transcription factor that coordinates the heat shock response by binding to the heat shock element (HSE) and activating heat shock genes. In unstressed cells, it remains inactive in multichaperone complexes. HSF1 Protein, Human (His) is the recombinant human-derived HSF1 protein, expressed by E. coli , with N-6*His labeled tag.

Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Hsf1 (Heat Shock Factor 1) is a crucial transcription factor involved in the heat shock response, facilitating the expression of heat shock proteins (HSPs) that protect cells from stress-induced damage. Research on Hsf1 recombinant protein is pivotal for understanding its role in cellular stress responses, particularly under conditions of elevated temperatures and other environmental stressors. The significance of Hsf1 extends beyond its traditional role in thermotolerance; it has been implicated in various biological processes, including development, aging, and disease states such as neurodegenerative disorders and cancer. Recombinant Hsf1 protein provides a valuable tool for studying its functional mechanisms, enabling scientists to dissect the regulatory pathways that modulate HSP expression and the overall cellular resilience under stress. Advances in protein expression systems have facilitated the production of high-purity Hsf1 protein, which can be used in biochemical assays, structural biology studies, and potential therapeutic applications. Furthermore, the exploration of Hsf1's interaction with other molecular partners has revealed insights into its multifaceted roles in cell biology. As researchers continue to unravel the complexities of Hsf1's functions, the development of recombinant Hsf1 protein not only aids in basic research but also holds promise for biotechnological and medicinal applications, offering a pathway toward strategies that enhance cellular protection and promote health resilience in the face of stress.
