稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
HLA-DRA1*01:01 and DRB1*11:01 are key components of the human major histocompatibility complex (MHC) class II molecules, which play a critical role in the immune system by presenting peptides to CD4+ T cells. These specific alleles are of great interest due to their association with various autoimmune diseases, including rheumatoid arthritis and multiple sclerosis. The study of recombinant monomeric forms of HLA-DRA1*01:01 and DRB1*11:01 proteins allows for detailed structural and functional investigations, enabling researchers to explore how these proteins interact with T cell receptors and influence immune responses. By producing these proteins in a recombinant system, scientists can ensure high purity and homogeneity, which are essential for biophysical studies, peptide binding assays, and the characterization of T cell activation. Understanding the precise molecular mechanisms of antigen presentation and T cell engagement mediated by these MHC molecules can provide insights into disease pathogenesis and contribute to the development of therapeutic strategies, including vaccines and targeted immunotherapies. Thus, the research on HLA-DRA1*01:01 and DRB1*11:01 recombinant proteins stands as a pivotal area in immunology, with significant implications for personalized medicine and the treatment of autoimmune conditions.
