稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Ribosomal protein S3 (RPS3), a crucial component of the 40S ribosomal subunit, plays a significant role in protein synthesis and ribosome biogenesis. As a multifunctional protein, RPS3 is not only essential for translation but also involved in cellular processes such as apoptosis and stress response. Research has demonstrated that RPS3 is linked to various diseases, including cancer, where its overexpression can contribute to aberrant cellular proliferation and tumorigenesis. Given its pivotal role in ribosome assembly and function, recombinant RPS3 is of considerable interest for studies aimed at elucidating the mechanisms of ribosome function and the impact of ribosomal proteins in cellular biology. Additionally, the expression and purification of recombinant RPS3 provide a valuable tool for structural studies and the development of potential therapeutic strategies targeting ribosomal dysregulation in disease contexts. The investigation of RPS3 offers essential insights into ribosomal structure and function, with implications for understanding the cellular mechanisms underlying various pathologies.
