Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The study of HLA-A*24:02, B2M, and the WT-1 peptide (TYSPALNKMF) monomeric recombinant protein is rooted in the fields of immunology and cancer research. HLA-A*24:02 is a widely expressed human leukocyte antigen (HLA) allele, significant in presenting tumor-associated antigens to T cells, thereby influencing immune responses in cancer patients, particularly in Asian populations where it has a higher prevalence. The WT-1 protein, a transcription factor associated with various cancers, including leukemia and solid tumors, contains specific peptide sequences, such as TYSPALNKMF, that are recognized by cytotoxic T lymphocytes (CTLs). The monomeric recombinant protein, consisting of HLA-A*24:02 and B2M, allows for the detailed study of peptide binding, T-cell receptor interactions, and immune evasion mechanisms in tumors. Understanding the dynamics of the WT-1 peptide presented by this HLA allele could lead to advancements in immunotherapeutic strategies, including vaccine design aimed at enhancing anti-tumor immunity. This research is critical for developing personalized cancer therapies and improving treatment outcomes for patients with HLA-A*24:02 positivity.
