Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The study of the HLA-A*11:01/B2M/EGFR(KITDFGLAK) monomeric recombinant protein is pivotal in the field of immunology and cancer research. Human leukocyte antigen (HLA) molecules play a crucial role in the immune system by presenting peptides derived from internal proteins to T cells, thus initiating an immune response. The HLA-A*11:01 allele, a common variant in certain populations, is associated with specific immune responses against tumors. The inclusion of β2-microglobulin (B2M) is essential for the stability and proper functioning of the HLA-A molecule, as it forms an integral part of the HLA complex. The peptide epitope EGFR(KITDFGLAK) is derived from the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR), which is often overexpressed in various cancers and is a target for immunotherapy. By creating a recombinant protein that encompasses HLA-A*11:01, B2M, and the EGFR-derived peptide, researchers aim to investigate the binding affinity, stability, and immunogenic potential of the monomeric complex. This study holds significant implications for developing personalized cancer vaccines and T cell-based therapies, providing insights into how the immune system can be harnessed to target tumor-specific antigens effectively. The resultant recombinant protein could serve as a vital tool for understanding HLA-mediated immune responses in cancer patients and could facilitate the design of innovative therapeutic strategies aimed at enhancing anti-tumor immunity.
