稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The study of the HLA-A*02:01/B2M/Vaccinia Virus (LLSYYVVYV) monomeric recombinant protein is rooted in the need to understand how the immune system recognizes and responds to viral infections, specifically through the presentation of viral antigens by major histocompatibility complex (MHC) molecules. HLA-A*02:01 is one of the most common human leukocyte antigen (HLA) molecules in the population, playing a crucial role in T cell-mediated immune responses. The vaccinia virus, a member of the poxvirus family, served as a model for studying viral infections and vaccine responses due to its historical use in the smallpox vaccine. The specific epitope LLSYYVVYV derived from the vaccinia virus is of particular interest as it has been shown to elicit strong CD8+ T cell responses in HLA-A*02:01 individuals. This research aims to produce a stable monomeric form of the HLA-A*02:01/B2M complex with the vaccinia virus-derived peptide, facilitating the investigation of T cell interactions and the development of potential therapeutic vaccines. Understanding this interaction is vital for advancing vaccine design and improving immunotherapeutic strategies against viral infections, thereby enhancing our overall ability to combat emerging viral diseases.
