稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CEBP delta (CEBPD) is a member of the CCAAT/enhancer-binding protein (C/EBP) family, which plays a crucial role in regulating gene expression involved in various biological processes, including cell differentiation, proliferation, and immune response. The CEBPD protein is particularly important in the context of adipogenesis and inflammation. Its expression is often upregulated in response to cytokines and stress, linking it to metabolic disorders and obesity-related diseases. Research has demonstrated that CEBPD can function as a transcriptional modulator, influencing the expression of target genes associated with inflammation and fat cell development. The study of recombinant CEBPD protein is significant as it allows for a detailed understanding of its structure-function relationships and biological activities. This recombinant protein can be utilized in various experimental assays to elucidate the signaling pathways and molecular mechanisms by which CEBPD exerts its effects. Given the rising prevalence of metabolic diseases, exploring the role of CEBPD in adipocyte biology and its potential as a therapeutic target is of paramount importance in the field of biomedical research. By investigating CEBPD through recombinant protein technologies, scientists aim to delineate its functional roles in health and disease, offering insights that could pave the way for novel therapeutic strategies targeting metabolic dysfunctions.
