Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
HLA-A*02:01 is one of the most prevalent human leukocyte antigen (HLA) class I molecules, playing a crucial role in immune response by presenting peptides to CD8+ T cells. Its importance in transplantation, autoimmunity, and cancer immunotherapy has spurred extensive research into its interactions with various peptide antigens. Beta-2-microglobulin (B2M) is an essential component of the HLA class I complex, stabilizing its structure and facilitating proper peptide loading. The peptide RHAMM-R3 (ILSLELMKL), derived from the receptor for hyaluronan-mediated motility (RHAMM), has garnered attention for its potential immunogenicity and role in tumor progression. The study of HLA-A*02:01 complexed with B2M and the RHAMM-R3 peptide, resulting in a monomeric recombinant protein, serves as a valuable tool for investigating T cell responses and the mechanisms of antigen presentation. This protein can be used in vaccine development and immunotherapy, as it may enhance the understanding of how specific peptides are recognized by the immune system. Furthermore, the structural and functional characterization of this recombinant protein can provide insights into the design of better immunotherapeutic strategies for tumors expressing RHAMM, as well as for other diseases where HLA-A*02:01 is implicated. This research represents a significant step in refining our approach to harnessing the immune system against cancer and improving patient outcomes.
