稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
HLA-A*02:01 is a highly prevalent human leukocyte antigen (HLA) allele that plays a critical role in presenting peptides to CD8+ T cells, thus enabling immune surveillance against tumors and infections. The β2-microglobulin (B2M) molecule is essential for the structural stability and function of the HLA-A*02:01 complex. PRAME (Preferentially Expressed Antigen in Melanoma) is a Cancer/testis (CT) antigen that is normally expressed in testes and is often overexpressed in various malignancies, particularly melanoma. The specific peptide MMNDQLMFL derived from PRAME has been identified as a strong candidate for T cell-mediated immunotherapy due to its ability to elicit robust immune responses. The study of the HLA-A*02:01/B2M/PRAME(MMNDQLMFL) monomer recombinant protein provides vital insights into the mechanisms of epitope presentation, T cell activation, and the potential for developing targeted cancer immunotherapies. By recombinantly producing this complex, researchers aim to enhance our understanding of T cell interactions with tumor antigens, paving the way for novel therapeutic strategies that could improve the efficacy of cancer vaccines and adoptive T cell therapies. The structure and function characterization of this recombinant protein can also facilitate the exploration of immune escape mechanisms employed by tumors, ultimately contributing to more effective cancer treatment modalities.
