简介
YSK Protein, an oxidant stress-activated serine/threonine kinase, plays a role in the cellular response to environmental stress. It regulates protein transport, cell adhesion, and polarity complexes at the Golgi apparatus, essential for orchestrating cell migration. YSK Protein, Human (sf9, GST) is the recombinant human-derived YSK protein, expressed by sf9 insect cells , with N-GST labeled tag.

稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The YSK recombinant protein has garnered significant attention in recent years due to its potential applications in various fields, particularly in biotechnology and pharmaceuticals. YSK, an abbreviation for a specific protein or enzyme, is known for its unique structure and biological functions, which can include roles in enzyme activity, cellular signaling, or metabolic pathways. Research has focused on the recombinant production of YSK, which involves the use of genetic engineering techniques to produce the protein in host cells, enabling large-scale manufacturing for industrial applications. Scientists have been exploring the molecular mechanisms underlying YSK's biological functions, as well as its interactions with other proteins and cellular components. This research not only enhances the understanding of YSK's role in biological systems but also paves the way for developing novel therapeutic approaches for diseases where YSK is implicated. Moreover, studies are underway to optimize the expression and purification processes of the recombinant YSK protein to improve yield and functional activity. The advancements in this area could lead to breakthroughs in utilizing YSK in drug development, enzyme replacement therapies, and biocatalysts in industrial processes, highlighting the importance of ongoing research into recombinant protein technologies.
