稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Annexin A4 (ANXA4) is a member of the annexin family of proteins, which are characterized by their ability to bind to phospholipids in a calcium-dependent manner. It plays a crucial role in various cellular processes, including membrane trafficking, cell proliferation, and apoptosis. Research has shown that ANXA4 is involved in the regulation of inflammation and has been implicated in several diseases, including cancer, cardiovascular disorders, and neurodegenerative diseases. Its expression levels often vary in different pathological states, making it a potential biomarker for diagnosis and prognosis. Furthermore, ANXA4's interaction with other proteins and cellular components highlights its significance in signal transduction pathways. The production of recombinant ANXA4 protein allows researchers to study its functional properties in detail, providing insights into its mechanisms of action and potential therapeutic applications. As a result, understanding the role of ANXA4 through these recombinant studies could illuminate new avenues for targeted treatments, particularly in diseases where ANXA4 expression is dysregulated.
