Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
HLA-A*02:01 is a well-characterized major histocompatibility complex (MHC) class I molecule that plays a crucial role in the immune response, particularly in presenting antigens to CD8+ T cells. The focus on the peptide B2M (beta-2 microglobulin) in conjunction with the Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) latent membrane protein 1 (LMP1), specifically the immunodominant epitope YLLEMLWRL, is driven by the importance of these elements in the context of viral infections and immune evasion. EBV is a ubiquitous virus known to contribute to various malignancies and is particularly adept at manipulating host immune responses to persist in the body. The LMP1 protein serves as an oncogenic factor and is crucial for the virus's ability to establish latency. By studying the HLA-A*02:01/B2M/EBV LMP1 (YLLEMLWRL) monomer recombinant protein, researchers aim to enhance their understanding of T cell recognition and responses to EBV-infected cells, paving the way for potential therapeutic interventions. This research could lead to improved vaccine designs and adoptive T cell therapies, ultimately contributing to better management and treatment of EBV-related diseases, including lymphomas and nasopharyngeal carcinoma. The generation and functional characterization of this recombinant protein are essential for elucidating the mechanisms of T cell activation and targeting in the context of viral infections, thereby advancing the field of immunology and oncology.
