Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The study of the HLA-A*02:01, beta-2-microglobulin (B2M), and Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) nuclear antigen 3C (EBNA3C) monomeric recombinant protein is rooted in understanding the immune response to viral infections and their implications in oncogenesis. HLA-A*02:01 is a well-characterized human major histocompatibility complex (MHC) class I molecule that plays a crucial role in presenting peptide antigens to CD8+ T cells, facilitating targeted immune responses. EBNA3C, a crucial protein encoded by EBV, is involved in the regulation of the host immune response and has been linked to the transformation of B cells, contributing to the development of EBV-associated malignancies such as Hodgkin's lymphoma and nasopharyngeal carcinoma. The peptide LLDFVRFMGV, derived from EBNA3C, is a recognized epitope for HLA-A*02:01, making it a significant target for vaccine development and immunotherapy. Understanding the structural and functional dynamics of this recombinant protein can provide insights into designing effective therapies against EBV-related diseases, enhancing the development of immunotherapeutics, and improving vaccine strategies targeting viral infections. This research underscores the intersection of virology, immunology, and oncology, aiming to harness the immune system's potential in combating EBV-associated cancers through better-targeted therapeutic approaches.
