Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
HLA-A*01:01, a classical class I major histocompatibility complex (MHC) molecule, plays a pivotal role in the immune response by presenting peptide antigens to CD8+ T cells. The incorporation of beta-2-microglobulin (B2M) is essential for the stability and proper functioning of the HLA-A complex, enhancing its ability to participate in immune surveillance. Research into the HLA-A*01:01&B2M monomer has gained importance due to its potential applications in vaccine development, transplantation, and the understanding of autoimmune diseases and cancer immunotherapy. The intricate interactions between HLA molecules and T cell receptors (TCRs) provide insight into T cell activation and specificity. By studying the recombinant protein of HLA-A*01:01 in conjunction with B2M, scientists aim to elucidate the structural dynamics, binding affinities, and presentation mechanisms of diverse peptide antigens. This knowledge is crucial for designing peptide-based vaccines and understanding how certain peptides may elicit robust immune responses while circumventing tolerance in autoimmune conditions. The exploration of HLA-A*01:01&B2M monomers not only contributes to basic immunology but also has the potential to impact clinical strategies for enhancing immune responses against infectious diseases and cancer through personalized medicine approaches.
