Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Mafa-A1*06301 RM9 Complex recombinant protein has garnered significant attention in the field of immunology and vaccine research due to its potential role in enhancing the understanding of T cell responses to various pathogens. This protein is derived from the major histocompatibility complex (MHC) molecule A1 of the macaque monkey, which is crucial for antigen presentation and subsequent T cell activation. The study of Mafa-A1*06301 RM9 Complex specifically allows researchers to explore the interactions between MHC molecules and peptide antigens, which are vital for developing targeted immunotherapies and vaccines. The recombinant production of this complex facilitates detailed structural and functional analyses, aiding in the identification of T cell epitopes that can elicit robust immune responses. Moreover, understanding this protein's properties contributes to translational research that can inform vaccine design for infectious diseases and potentially for cancer. Given the evolutionary similarities between non-human primates and humans, findings derived from Mafa-A1*06301 RM9 Complex studies may also provide insights applicable to human health and disease. Thus, this research is pivotal for advancing knowledge in immunology, improving vaccine efficacy, and developing novel therapeutic strategies.
