Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
14-3-3 eta is a member of the 14-3-3 protein family, which plays a crucial role in various cellular processes, including signal transduction, cell cycle regulation, and apoptosis. These proteins are involved in the binding and stabilization of phosphorylated serine/threonine residues on target proteins, thus acting as molecular scaffolds that facilitate protein-protein interactions. Recent research has highlighted the significance of 14-3-3 eta in various biological contexts, such as cancer progression, neurodegenerative diseases, and immune responses. Its expression levels and activity can be influenced by various stressors, which makes it a key player in cellular adaptation to environmental changes. Moreover, studies have shown that the interaction of 14-3-3 eta with specific signaling pathways, including the MAPK and PI3K/Akt pathways, can significantly impact cellular fate decisions. Understanding the molecular mechanisms behind 14-3-3 eta function could provide insights into its role in disease development and open new avenues for therapeutic interventions. Given its potential as a biomarker or target for drug development, continuous research on 14-3-3 eta is essential for elucidating its contributions to health and disease.
