稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Interleukin-2 (IL-2) is a key cytokine involved in the regulation of immune responses, particularly in the proliferation and activation of T cells. The IL-2 receptor exists in several forms, with IL-2 receptor beta (IL-2Rβ) playing a critical role in the signaling pathway that leads to T cell growth and differentiation. The study of recombinant proteins such as IL-2RB (IL-2 receptor beta) and IL-2RG (IL-2 receptor gamma) is crucial for understanding their functions and interactions in immune responses, particularly in the context of autoimmune diseases, cancer immunotherapy, and transplant biology. These recombinant proteins not only serve as valuable tools for research but also hold potential therapeutic implications. By elucidating the structural and functional characteristics of IL-2RB and IL-2RG, researchers aim to develop novel strategies to manipulate immune responses, enhancing the efficacy of immunotherapies or mitigating unwanted inflammatory reactions. The development of these recombinant proteins allows for the exploration of their roles in receptor dimerization, signal transduction, and the overall modulation of the immune system, thereby paving the way for innovative treatments and better understanding of immune-related disorders.
