稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The study of HLA-A*03:01, B2M, and the mutant Survivin peptide (RISTFKNWPK) monomeric recombinant protein is critical due to its implications in cancer immunotherapy and immune recognition. HLA-A*03:01 is a prevalent human leukocyte antigen (HLA) class I molecule, essential for presenting intracellular peptides to CD8+ T cells, thus initiating an immune response. Survivin, an inhibitor of apoptosis protein, is overexpressed in various malignancies, making it an attractive target for tumor-specific immune responses. The mutant form, RISTFKNWPK, has shown promise in enhancing T cell recognition and activation against tumor cells expressing this aberrant peptide. By generating monomeric recombinant proteins that include HLA-A*03:01, β2-microglobulin (B2M), and the Survivin mutant peptide, researchers can study the structural characteristics and interaction dynamics of the peptide–HLA complex. This research not only aids in elucidating the mechanisms of immune evasion by tumors but also provides a platform for developing peptide-based vaccines and adoptive T cell therapies. Understanding the specificity and affinity of CD8+ T cells towards this complex is fundamental for advancing personalized cancer treatment strategies that harness the body's immune system to target and destroy cancer cells more effectively.
