稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The research on TPBG/5T4 recombinant protein has gained significant interest due to its potential implications in cancer immunology and therapy. TPBG, or Tumor-Associated Glycoprotein 5T4, is a glycoprotein originally identified as a tumor marker associated with various malignancies, including breast, lung, and colorectal cancers. Its expression is largely restricted to trophoblastic cells and certain cancer types, making it a promising target for tumor-specific therapies. The recombinant form of this protein serves as a candidate for active immunotherapy, designed to stimulate the immune system to recognize and attack TPBG-expressing tumor cells. Studies have demonstrated that the 5T4 protein can elicit a robust immune response, highlighting its role as an antigen in cancer vaccine development. Furthermore, understanding the structural and functional properties of TPBG/5T4 aids in elucidating its mechanisms of action and interaction with the immune system, potentially leading to improved therapeutic strategies for cancer treatment. Consequently, ongoing research efforts focus on optimizing recombinant protein expression systems, enhancing immunogenicity, and evaluating efficacy in preclinical and clinical settings. The ultimate goal is to leverage the unique attributes of TPBG/5T4 to develop targeted cancer therapies that reduce tumor burden while minimizing damage to healthy tissues. This research not only aims to contribute to a better understanding of tumor biology but also seeks to advance personalized medicine approaches in oncology.
