稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CSPG4, also known as MCSP (MelanomaAssociated Chondroitin Sulfate Proteoglycan), is a transmembrane proteoglycan that plays a significant role in cell adhesion, proliferation, and migration, particularly in melanoma and other types of cancer. Due to its upregulation in various tumors, CSPG4/MCSP has emerged as a potential target for cancer immunotherapy and diagnostic applications. Researchers have focused on generating recombinant CSPG4/MCSP proteins for a variety of purposes, including the development of therapeutic antibodies, vaccines, and diagnostic tools. The backbone of this research lies in the understanding of CSPG4/MCSP's structure-function relationship, which could provide insights into its role in tumor biology. In addition, the production of recombinant CSPG4/MCSP facilitates the exploration of its interactions with other biomolecules and may lead to the identification of novel pathways involved in cancer progression. Given the protein's significance in oncological research, ongoing studies aim to elucidate its functional mechanisms and assess its potential in improving cancer treatment strategies. Overall, the research surrounding recombinant CSPG4/MCSP is critical in enhancing our understanding of tumor biology and advancing therapeutic development in oncology.
