简介
UGRP1, a secreted cytokine-like protein, interacts with pathogens (L.monocytogenes, P.aeruginosa, yeast) and binds to MARCO. It strongly inhibits PLA2G1B activity, exerting anti-inflammatory and anti-fibrotic effects in the lung. UGRP1 may contribute to fetal lung development, inhibits FSH and LH production in the pituitary, and interacts with APOA1. Structurally, UGRP1 exists as a homodimer, with diverse physiological roles. UGRP1 Protein, Human is the recombinant human-derived UGRP1 protein, expressed by E. coli , with tag free.

稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
UGRP1 (Urothelial Growth Regulator Protein 1) is a protein that has gained attention in recent years due to its potential role in bladder physiology and pathology. Research indicates that UGRP1 is involved in regulating urothelial proliferation and has implications for bladder cancer development. As a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily, it plays a crucial role in cell signaling pathways that influence cellular growth and differentiation. The study of recombinant UGRP1 proteins has emerged as a key focus within the field of urology and oncology, enabling researchers to further understand its biological functions and the mechanisms underlying its interactions with other cellular components. The generation of recombinant UGRP1 not only facilitates the exploration of its structural and functional properties but also provides a valuable tool for investigating its potential as a biomarker for bladder cancer diagnosis and prognosis. Moreover, understanding the role of UGRP1 in the tumor microenvironment may aid in developing novel therapeutic strategies aimed at targeting bladder cancer and improving patient outcomes. Overall, the investigation of UGRP1 and its recombinant forms presents significant opportunities for advancing our knowledge of bladder-related diseases and developing innovative approaches for diagnosis and treatment.
