Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The study of PE-labeled HLA-A*02:01/B2M/p53(G25-I308) tetramer recombinant proteins is fundamentally rooted in the exploration of cancer immunotherapy and the role of the immune system in recognizing and combating tumor cells. HLA-A*02:01 is one of the most prevalent human leukocyte antigen (HLA) class I molecules, critical for presenting peptide antigens to CD8+ T cells, thereby triggering immune responses. Mutations in the p53 tumor suppressor gene, particularly the G25-I308 variant, are commonly associated with various cancers, leading to abnormal cellular behavior and immune evasion. By generating a tetramer that includes this specific p53 peptide, researchers aim to monitor and quantify T cell responses against tumors harboring this mutation. The use of phycoerythrin (PE) labeling enhances detection during flow cytometry, allowing for precise analysis of T cell populations that are potentially reactive to p53-mutated cells. This research is significant for developing personalized cancer vaccines and improving immunotherapeutic strategies, ultimately enhancing patient outcomes in cancer treatment.
