简介
Pentraxin 3/TSG-14 protein is a multifunctional protein that plays a role in immune response and inflammation. It is involved in the recognition and clearance of pathogens, as well as regulation of inflammatory processes. Dysregulation of Pentraxin 3/TSG-14 protein has been associated with various diseases, including cardiovascular disorders and infections. Targeting Pentraxin 3/TSG-14 protein may hold therapeutic potential in these conditions. TrkA Protein, Human (HEK293, His) is the recombinant human-derived TrkA protein, expressed by HEK293 , with N-His labeled tag.

Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TrkA, also known as tropomyosin receptor kinase A, is a critical receptor tyrosine kinase that mediates the effects of nerve growth factor (NGF) and plays a vital role in neuronal survival, differentiation, and synaptic plasticity. Research on TrkA has gained significant traction due to its implications in neurodevelopmental and neurodegenerative disorders, as well as its potential as a therapeutic target in cancer. The recombination of TrkA proteins allows for the study of various isoforms and their functional roles in cellular signaling pathways. Recombinant TrkA proteins are produced through genetic engineering techniques, enabling researchers to explore the structure-function relationships of this receptor, its interaction with ligands, and the downstream signaling cascades activated by NGF binding. Additionally, TrkA reconstitution studies facilitate drug discovery efforts aimed at designing small molecules or biologics that can modulate TrkA activity, thereby offering potential therapeutic strategies for diseases associated with TrkA dysregulation. Understanding the dynamics of TrkA in health and disease continues to be a pivotal area of molecular neuroscience and pharmacology, further emphasizing the importance of TrkA recombinant protein studies in both basic and applied research contexts.
