稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Activin RIB, a member of the transforming growth factor-beta (TGF-β) superfamily, plays a crucial role in various biological processes, including cell differentiation, growth regulation, and apoptosis. Its primary function is to act as a receptor for activin, a protein involved in numerous physiological responses, such as muscle development, reproductive functions, and inflammation. Research on Activin RIB has gained momentum due to its potential implications in various diseases, including cancer, fibrosis, and neurodegenerative disorders. Given its role in mediating activin signaling pathways, the study of Activin RIB as a recombinant protein offers opportunities for therapeutic intervention and biomarker development. Recombinant Activin RIB can be utilized in cell-based assays to investigate receptor interactions, signaling mechanisms, and its effects on cellular behavior. Moreover, understanding the structure and function of Activin RIB can facilitate the development of targeted therapies that modulate its activity, providing promising strategies for treating conditions linked to dysregulated activin signaling. As such, ongoing research into the properties and applications of Activin RIB is essential for advancing our knowledge of its biological significance and enhancing therapeutic options in various clinical settings.
