Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
AURA (Antigen of Uncertain Function) is a newly identified protein that has sparked considerable interest in the fields of molecular biology and immunology. The research on AURA initially arose from observations indicating that this protein may play a crucial role in various physiological processes, including immune responses and cell signaling. Preliminary studies have suggested that AURA can interact with various cellular pathways, potentially influencing the behavior of immune cells and contributing to the body's response to pathogens. Moreover, mutations or dysregulation of AURA have been linked to several diseases, including autoimmune disorders and cancers, underscoring the importance of understanding its function and mechanisms. Researchers are particularly focused on elucidating the structural properties of AURA, as well as its interactions with other proteins and cellular components, to fully understand its role in health and disease. The insights gained from AURA studies may lead to the development of novel therapeutic strategies and biomarkers for disease diagnosis and treatment. Since its discovery, AURA has become a focal point for ongoing research aimed at unlocking its potential in biomedical science, making it a promising target for future studies aimed at harnessing its capabilities for therapeutic benefits.
