简介
NTNG1, a master conductor in neural circuit development, intricately guides patterning across laminar, cellular, subcellular, and synaptic dimensions. Its influential role extends to fostering neurite outgrowth for axons and dendrites. In the symphony of neurodevelopment, NTNG1 interacts with NGL1, adding specificity to its involvement in shaping the intricate landscape of neuronal connectivity.NTNG1 Protein, Human (HEK293, His) is the recombinant human-derived NTNG1 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-6*His labeled tag.

Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
NTNG1, or Netrin-G1, is a member of the netrin family of proteins, which are crucial for guiding axon growth and establishing neural connections during development. Initially identified as a key player in neuronal development, NTNG1 has garnered attention due to its role in synaptic differentiation and its involvement in various neurological conditions. The protein interacts with specific receptors to mediate signaling pathways that facilitate neuronal survival, migration, and synaptogenesis. Research has shown that dysregulation of NTNG1 is associated with neurodevelopmental disorders such as schizophrenia and autism spectrum disorders, highlighting its importance in neurobiology and potential implications for therapeutic strategies. The study of NTNG1 recombinant proteins aims to elucidate its functional mechanisms and interactions within the nervous system, providing insights into both its physiological roles and the pathological consequences of its dysfunction. Understanding the structure and activity of NTNG1 can pave the way for developing novel approaches to inform treatments for related neurological disorders, making it a significant target for ongoing research in neurodevelopmental biology and therapeutics.
