简介
The EPHA10 protein is a receptor for members of the ephrin A family and specifically interacts with EFNA3, EFNA4, and EFNA5. EPHA10 belongs to the Eph receptor tyrosine kinase family, mediates cellular responses to ephrin ligands, and affects processes such as cell adhesion, migration, and developmental patterns. EPHA10 Protein, Human (HEK293, His) is the recombinant human-derived EPHA10 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-His labeled tag.

Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
EphA10 is a member of the Eph receptor tyrosine kinase family, which plays crucial roles in various biological processes, including cell signaling, tissue morphogenesis, and neuronal development. Unlike other Eph receptors, EphA10 is expressed in specific tissues, including the brain, and is implicated in cancer progression and metastasis. Recent studies have suggested that EphA10 may serve as a biomarker for certain types of tumors and could be a potential therapeutic target for novel cancer treatments. The development of recombinant EphA10 protein allows for detailed investigation into its structure and function, providing insights into the molecular mechanisms by which EphA10 influences cellular behaviors. This research not only aims to characterize the EphA10 protein's signaling pathways but also explores its interactions with ligands and other proteins, contributing to the understanding of its role in both normal physiology and pathological conditions. The creation of a recombinant EphA10 protein could facilitate drug discovery efforts, enabling the design of targeted therapies that disrupt the oncogenic signaling pathways associated with EphA10, thereby advancing the field of precision medicine.
