简介
HGFR Protein is a receptor tyrosine kinase that acts as a signal transducer of the extracellular matrix by binding to hepatocyte growth factor /HGF ligands. HGFR Protein participate in the activation of RAS-ERK, PI3 kinase-AKT, and PLCgamma-PKC signaling pathways. HGFR Protein is essential for embryonic development, organogenesis, and wound healing. HGFR Protein, Rat (HEK293, Fc) is the recombinant rat-derived HGFR protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-hFc labeled tag.

稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
HGF (Hepatocyte Growth Factor) receptor, or HGFR, is a critical protein involved in various biological processes, including cell growth, tissue regeneration, and wound healing. Its signaling pathway plays a vital role in liver development and repair, as well as in the regulation of cell motility and invasion, making it a key player in cancer progression and metastasis. Research into recombinant HGFR (rHGFR) has garnered significant interest due to its potential applications in therapeutic interventions and regenerative medicine. The ability to produce rHGFR in suitable expression systems allows for detailed studies of its structure, function, and interaction with its natural ligand, HGF. Furthermore, investigating the molecular mechanisms underlying HGFR activation and downstream signaling has implications for understanding tumor biology and developing targeted cancer therapies. As scientists continue to elucidate the roles of HGFR in various diseases, the production of high-quality rHGFR opens avenues for drug discovery, biomarker development, and novel treatment strategies for conditions associated with aberrant HGFR signaling. Overall, rHGFR represents a promising tool in both fundamental and applied biomedical research, aiding in the advancement of therapies for liver diseases and cancer.
