Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ENPP-1 (Ectonucleotide Triphosphate Diphosphohydrolase-1) is an important enzyme involved in various biological processes, including nucleotide metabolism, bone mineralization, and the regulation of vascular calcification. It catalyzes the hydrolysis of extracellular nucleotides, which plays a crucial role in cellular signaling and homeostasis. Dysregulation of ENPP-1 has been implicated in several pathological conditions, including cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, and osteoarthritis. The study of recombinant ENPP-1 protein has gained significant attention due to its potential therapeutic applications. Researchers aim to produce recombinant ENPP-1 to investigate its enzymatic properties and interaction with substrates, which could lead to the development of novel treatments for diseases linked to ENPP-1 dysfunction. Additionally, understanding the structure-function relationship of ENPP-1 through recombinant techniques may provide insights into its regulation and activity, further emphasizing its role in health and disease. The growing interest in ENPP-1 not only highlights its significance in basic research but also paves the way for potential clinical applications, including biomarkers for disease and targets for drug development. This multifaceted research underscores the importance of ENPP-1 in both normal physiology and pathophysiology, making it a key focus area in biomedical research.
