简介
The HNRNPA1 protein is complexly involved in multiple RNA processing functions, packaging pre-mRNA into hnRNP particles, promoting Poly(A) mRNA transport, and regulating splice site selection. Crucially, it binds inhibitoryly to sequences flanking PKM exon 9, favoring the inclusion of exon 10 in pyruvate kinase PKM splicing, thereby generating the PKM M2 isoform. HNRNPA1 Protein, Human (His) is the recombinant human-derived HNRNPA1 protein, expressed by E. coli , with N-6*His labeled tag.

Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
HNRNPA1 (heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein A1) is a multifunctional protein that plays a crucial role in the regulation of gene expression, RNA splicing, transport, and stability in eukaryotic cells. As a key component of the nuclear RNA-binding protein family, HNRNPA1 is involved in various cellular processes, including the formation of ribonucleoprotein complexes and the modulation of mRNA processing. Research has increasingly focused on HNRNPA1 due to its implications in various diseases, particularly neurodegenerative disorders, where its aggregation has been linked to cellular dysfunction. Additionally, its role in stress granule formation highlights its importance in cellular responses to stress. The study of recombinant HNRNPA1 protein provides a valuable platform for elucidating its structural and functional properties, as well as the molecular mechanisms underlying its involvement in RNA metabolism and disease. Understanding the biophysical characteristics and interactions of HNRNPA1 through recombinant technologies can facilitate the development of targeted therapies and diagnostic tools, making it a significant focus within molecular biology and biomedical research.
