Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ARF1 (ADP-ribosylation factor 1) is a member of the ARF family of GTP-binding proteins, which play crucial roles in various cellular processes, including vesicular traffic, membrane fusion, and cytoskeletal organization. Research on ARF1 has gained significant attention due to its pivotal role in the Golgi apparatus's function and its involvement in endocytosis and exocytosis. Dysregulation of ARF1 has been implicated in various diseases, including cancer and neurodegenerative disorders, making it a potential therapeutic target. The recombinant ARF1 protein is widely used in research to dissect its biochemical properties, understand its activation mechanisms, and explore its interactions with downstream effectors and regulatory proteins. Advances in recombinant DNA technology facilitate the production of ARF1 in heterologous systems, allowing for purification and functional assays that provide insights into its role in cellular physiology. Additionally, studying ARF1 in the context of cellular signaling pathways can reveal how its aberrant regulation contributes to disease pathology. Overall, the research on ARF1 recombinant protein is essential for elucidating the underlying mechanisms of important biological processes and developing novel therapeutic strategies targeting ARF1-related pathways.
