Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
HDAC10 (Histone Deacetylase 10) is a member of the histone deacetylase family, which plays a crucial role in the regulation of gene expression through the removal of acetyl groups from lysine residues on histone proteins. This action leads to a more condensed chromatin structure, inhibiting transcription and influencing various cellular processes such as differentiation, proliferation, and apoptosis. Recent studies have highlighted the involvement of HDAC10 in several pathological conditions, including cancer, neurodegenerative diseases, and metabolic disorders, making it a potential therapeutic target. Despite its significance, the characterization and functional understanding of HDAC10 remain limited due to the challenges in producing and purifying recombinant forms of the protein. Research into HDAC10 recombinant protein aims to address these challenges by developing efficient expression systems and purification strategies that allow for in-depth functional assays. These studies are poised to elucidate the molecular mechanisms underlying HDAC10's role in disease, paving the way for the design of specific inhibitors or modulators that could have therapeutic benefits in various health conditions. Furthermore, understanding the structural and enzymatic properties of HDAC10 through recombinant approaches could contribute to the broader field of epigenetic regulation and its implications in biology and medicine.
