CYTL1

简介
CYTL1 is a cytokine-like protein specifically expressed in bone marrow and cord blood mononuclear cells that bear the CD34 surface marker. CYTL1 exhibits specific expression in CD34+ hematopoietic cells, indicating its selective presence within this subset of cells involved in the regulation of hematopoiesis. CYTL1 regulates chondrogenesis and is required for the maintenance of cartilage homeostasis and, in addition, may act as a regulator of embryo implantation in early pregnancy. CYTL1 Protein, Mouse (HEK293, Fc) is the recombinant mouse-derived CYTL1 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-hFc labeled tag.

Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CYTL1, or Cytokine-like 1, is a relatively understudied protein that belongs to the cytokine-like family and plays a significant role in various immunological and physiological processes. Its expression has been observed in various tissues, particularly during inflammation, suggesting a potential involvement in immune responses and tissue repair mechanisms. Emerging research points to CYTL1's role in modulating the activity of immune cells, influencing cytokine production, and contributing to the regulation of adaptive immunity. Given its apparent involvement in immune modulation, CYTL1 has drawn interest for its potential therapeutic applications, particularly in autoimmune diseases and conditions characterized by chronic inflammation. The generation of recombinant CYTL1 proteins is crucial for understanding its functional properties and mechanistic pathways, enabling scientists to elucidate its role in the immune system. Structural studies and functional assays of the recombinant protein can provide insights into its interaction with receptors and other signaling molecules, advancing our understanding of immune regulation. As research progresses, CYTL1 holds promise as a biomarker for autoimmune conditions and as a target for novel therapeutic strategies aimed at modulating immune responses.
