Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PRKCD, or Protein Kinase C Delta, is a member of the Protein Kinase C (PKC) family, which plays a crucial role in various cellular functions such as growth, differentiation, and apoptosis. Research on PRKCD has gained significant attention due to its involvement in numerous pathological processes, including cancer progression, immune response, and neurodegenerative diseases. The dysregulation of PRKCD has been implicated in the growth and metastasis of various tumors, making it a potential therapeutic target in oncology. Furthermore, PRKCD is also involved in signaling pathways associated with inflammatory responses, highlighting its role in autoimmune diseases. Recent studies have focused on characterizing PRKCD's specific functions and regulatory mechanisms within these pathways, utilizing advanced techniques such as gene editing and proteomics. Understanding PRKCD's molecular interactions and its influence on cellular signaling could pave the way for developing targeted therapies aimed at modulating its activity, offering novel treatment avenues for diseases where PRKCD is a key player.
