Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PRKACB, or Protein Kinase A Catalytic Subunit Beta, is a significant enzyme involved in various cellular processes, including metabolism, cell growth, and differentiation. It plays a crucial role in the signaling pathways activated by cyclic AMP (cAMP), serving as a key regulator in the PKA (protein kinase A) signaling pathway. Dysregulation of PRKACB has been implicated in several diseases, including cancer and cardiac disorders, highlighting the importance of understanding its function and regulation. Researchers have focused on the structure and activity of PRKACB to uncover its role in health and disease, aiming to identify potential therapeutic targets. Recent advances in molecular biology and biochemistry techniques have enabled scientists to analyze the protein's activity and interactions at a deeper level, paving the way for novel insights into its biological functions. Studies have also explored the impact of genetic variations in PRKACB on individual susceptibility to diseases and drug responses. As the understanding of this protein expands, it holds promise for contributing to the development of targeted treatments and interventions in various pathological conditions, reinforcing the need for continued research into the molecular mechanisms underlying its function.
