简介
ART3 is a member of the mono-ADP-ribosyltransferase family genes which is involved in cell division, DNA-repair and the regulation of the inflammatory response. The temporary and restricted expression of ART3 in spermatocytes might be linked to cell division processes underlying the formation of spermatocytes and the regulation of spermatogenesis. Moreover, it induces TNBC cell growth and invasion by activating Akt and ERK. ART3 Protein, Human (HEK293, His) is the recombinant human-derived ART3 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-His labeled tag.

Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The ART3 gene, part of the adenosine receptor family, encodes a protein involved in various cellular processes, particularly in immune regulation and inflammatory responses. Research into ART3 has gained traction as its role in modulating T cell activation and signaling pathways has implications for autoimmune diseases, cancer immunotherapy, and transplant rejection. Its expression is notably associated with certain immune cell types, suggesting a specialized function in lymphocyte biology. Studies indicate that ART3 may influence the efficiency of immune responses by regulating the balance between activation and inhibition of immune cells. Furthermore, its interaction with adenosine, a critical signaling molecule in the immune system, highlights its potential as a therapeutic target. The exploration of ART3's functions, mechanisms, and interactions not only enhances our understanding of immune regulation but also opens new avenues for designing innovative strategies for treating immune-related disorders. As researchers continue to elucidate the pathways influenced by ART3, its significance in both basic and clinical immunology is becoming more evident, reinforcing the need for further investigation into its potential applications in therapeutic contexts.
