Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Interleukin-1 receptor 1 (IL1R1) is a critical component of the immune response, functioning as a receptor for interleukin-1 (IL-1), a pro-inflammatory cytokine involved in various physiological and pathological processes. The IL-1 family, which includes IL-1α, IL-1β, and the IL-1 receptor antagonist (IL-1RA), plays a pivotal role in mediating inflammation, hematopoiesis, and tissue repair. Dysregulation of IL1R1 signaling has been implicated in a range of inflammatory diseases, including rheumatoid arthritis, sepsis, and cardiovascular disorders. As a result, understanding IL1R1's function and its molecular interactions has significant therapeutic implications. Research on the recombinant IL1R1 protein allows for the exploration of its structure, signaling pathways, and interactions with other proteins. This can aid in the development of targeted therapies that modulate IL-1 signaling, offering potential benefits in treating inflammatory conditions. Moreover, recombinant IL1R1 can be utilized as a research tool in cell-based assays to study receptor activation and downstream signaling mechanisms. The generation of IL1R1 in a recombinant form provides a valuable resource for biochemical studies, enabling the elucidation of its role in disease mechanisms and contributing to the advancement of therapeutic strategies targeting the IL-1 pathway.
