Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The CDK1-CCNE1 heterodimer is crucial in regulating cell cycle progression, specifically transitioning from the G1 phase to the S phase, thereby facilitating DNA replication and cellular division. Cyclin E1 (CCNE1) serves as an essential regulatory subunit that activates Cyclin-dependent kinase 1 (CDK1), a key player in the mitotic entry, promoting the phosphorylation of target substrates necessary for cell cycle advancement. Dysregulation of this complex has been implicated in various cancers, as aberrant CDK1 activity can lead to unchecked cellular proliferation. Research into the CDK1-CCNE1 heterodimer encompasses understanding its structural and functional dynamics, which can provide insights into its role in tumorigenesis. The development and characterization of recombinant proteins representing this heterodimer enable the exploration of its biochemical properties and interactions with other cell cycle regulators. Such studies are pivotal for identifying potential therapeutic targets and advancing treatment strategies for cancers associated with CDK1 and CCNE1 dysregulation, making it a significant focus in cancer biology and drug development.
