Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ARHGEF7, also known as GDP dissociation inhibitor for Rho GTPases, plays a crucial role in the regulation of Rho family proteins, which are pivotal in numerous cellular processes including cytoskeletal dynamics, cell migration, and proliferation. Understanding ARHGEF7's function is vital as its dysregulation is associated with various pathological conditions, including cancer and neurological disorders. The study of ARHGEF7 recombinant proteins has gained attention in recent years as researchers seek to elucidate its interaction mechanisms with Rho GTPases and identify potential therapeutic targets. By generating ARHGEF7 in recombinant form, scientists can perform in-depth biochemical assays, structural analyses, and functional studies to dissect its role in signaling pathways. This research not only contributes to the basic understanding of cell signaling but may also pave the way for novel treatments by targeting ARHGEF7's interactions, thereby providing insights into the design of inhibitors or modulators that could mitigate the effects of its dysregulation in disease contexts. The importance of ARHGEF7 as a regulatory molecule makes it a significant focus of investigation in both fundamental and applied biosciences.
