稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ALK-7, also known as activin receptor-like kinase 7, is a member of the transforming growth factor-beta (TGF-β) superfamily and plays a crucial role in various physiological and pathological processes, including neuronal development, pain modulation, and metabolism. The interest in ALK-7 has grown due to its involvement in the regulation of energy homeostasis and its potential links to obesity and metabolic disorders. Studies have shown that ALK-7 mediates some of the effects of the appetite-regulating hormone, leptin, and is expressed in specific brain regions associated with energy balance. Research into ALK-7 recombinant proteins aims to elucidate its signaling pathways and biological functions, which could lead to novel therapeutic strategies for metabolic diseases and inflammatory conditions. Furthermore, understanding how ALK-7 interacts with other receptors and signaling molecules could provide insights into neuroendocrine pathways and their implications for health and disease. In recent years, advances in recombinant protein technology have facilitated the production and characterization of ALK-7, allowing researchers to investigate its mechanisms of action in greater detail, paving the way for potential applications in drug development and disease treatment.
