IL-7RA (also known as CD127) is a type 1 membrane glycoprotein folded to bind and mediate the action of IL7 and other alpha helical cytokines. IL-7RA is mainly expressed by cells of the lymphoid lineage. IL-7RA also acts as a receptor for thymic stromal lymphopoietin (TSLP). CD127/IL-7RA Protein, Human (HEK293, His) is produced in HEK293 cells with six C-Terminal His-tags. It consists of 216 amino acids (E21-G236)[1][2].

Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
