稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Interleukin-22 receptor alpha 1 (IL-22Rα1) is a pivotal component of the IL-22 signaling pathway, which plays a crucial role in the immune system and tissue homeostasis. IL-22, a member of the IL-10 cytokine family, primarily functions in the regulation of epithelial cell responses and is important for maintaining the integrity of mucosal surfaces, particularly in the gut and skin. Dysregulation of IL-22 and its receptor has been implicated in various inflammatory diseases, such as inflammatory bowel disease, psoriasis, and other autoimmune conditions. The study of IL-22Rα1 and the development of recombinant proteins have garnered interest for therapeutic applications, as targeting this pathway could modulate inflammatory responses and enhance tissue repair processes. Recombinant IL-22Rα1 proteins can be useful in dissecting the molecular mechanisms of IL-22 signaling, understanding receptor interactions, and exploring potential clinical interventions. By providing insights into receptor biology and facilitating the development of novel therapeutic agents, research on IL-22Rα1 is expected to advance our understanding of immune regulation and its pathological implications.
