Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
BMP10 (Bone Morphogenetic Protein 10) is a member of the BMP family, known for its crucial role in embryonic development and tissue homeostasis. Recent studies have highlighted its importance in cardiovascular biology, particularly in promoting endothelial cell proliferation and influencing angiogenesis. Abnormal BMP10 signaling has been implicated in various cardiovascular diseases, including heart failure and congenital heart defects. The recombinant protein BMP10 has garnered attention as a potential therapeutic agent due to its ability to stimulate vascular repair mechanisms and enhance the healing process following ischemic injury. Additionally, its involvement in regulating cellular processes such as apoptosis and differentiation makes BMP10 a promising target for regenerative medicine. Research into the expression, purification, and functional characterization of BMP10 recombinant protein has accelerated, providing insights that could lead to novel therapeutic strategies. Understanding the molecular mechanisms underlying BMP10's actions will be vital for harnessing its potential in clinical applications, especially in designing interventions for cardiovascular disorders and improving outcomes in patients with compromised vascular health.
