Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
HLA-A*02:01 is a highly prevalent human major histocompatibility complex (MHC) class I allele, playing a crucial role in the immune system by presenting peptide antigens to CD8+ T cells. Its relevance in immunology and vaccine development stems from its ability to bind various peptides, influencing T cell responses in both infectious diseases and cancers. The β2-microglobulin (B2M) protein is essential for the stability and expression of MHC class I molecules on the cell surface. The LMP2-derived peptide (CLGGLLTMV) is a known immunodominant epitope presented by HLA-A*02:01, commonly associated with the immune response to certain viral infections, particularly Epstein-Barr Virus (EBV). The recombinant protein combining HLA-A*02:01, B2M, and the LMP2 peptide is significant for studying T cell-mediated immunity and developing therapeutic vaccines. By generating this monomeric complex, researchers can investigate T cell receptor interactions, enhance understanding of antigen processing and presentation, and evaluate the potential of this construct in immunotherapy for cancers or chronic viral infections. This research is vital for advancing personalized medicine strategies, where understanding individual T cell responses can improve outcomes for patients with HLA-A*02:01.
