稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The HLA-A*02:01/B2M/AFP (PLFQVPEPV) tetramer is a significant tool in immunological research, specifically in the study of tumor immunology and T-cell responses. HLA-A*02:01 is one of the most prevalent human leukocyte antigen (HLA) class I molecules, which plays a crucial role in presenting antigenic peptides to CD8+ T cells. The AFP (Alpha-fetoprotein) peptide, PLFQVPEPV, derived from the AFP, is of particular interest as it is associated with liver cancer and certain other malignancies. In this context, the tetramer system allows researchers to visualize and quantify AFP-specific T cells in the context of cancer, which is essential for understanding the immune response to tumors. By employing the HLA-A*02:01 molecule to form a complex with the AFP peptide and beta-2-microglobulin (B2M), scientists can effectively label and analyze T cells that recognize and respond to this specific antigen. The use of tetramers facilitates the isolation and characterization of T cells with potential therapeutic applications, advancing the development of peptide-based immunotherapies for cancer treatment. Thus, the study of HLA-A*02:01/B2M/AFP tetramers not only enhances our understanding of the interactions between T cells and tumor antigens but also opens avenues for personalized cancer immunotherapy strategies.
