Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The study of HLA-A*02:01/B2M/MAGE-A4 (GVYDGREHTV) monomeric recombinant protein is significant in the field of cancer immunotherapy and vaccine development. HLA-A*02:01 is a prevalent human leukocyte antigen (HLA) class I molecule that presents peptides to CD8+ T cells, playing a crucial role in immune responses against tumors. The MAGE-A4 protein, a member of the MAGE (Melanoma Associated Antigen) family, is often overexpressed in various cancers, making it a potential target for immunotherapeutic strategies. The specific peptide GVYDGREHTV, derived from MAGE-A4, has been identified as a T-cell epitope presented by HLA-A*02:01. The expression of the HLA-A*02:01/B2M/MAGE-A4 (GVYDGREHTV) monomeric recombinant protein allows for detailed studies into T cell recognition, activation, and the subsequent immune response. Understanding the structure and functionality of this complex may provide insights into designing effective cancer vaccines or adoptive T cell therapies that can enhance the immune system's ability to detect and eliminate cancer cells expressing MAGE-A4. Moreover, by elucidating the interactions between the HLA/A2 molecule, the beta-2 microglobulin (B2M), and the MAGE-A4 peptide, researchers can develop novel immunological assays and therapeutic strategies aimed at overcoming tumor evasion mechanisms. This approach can ultimately contribute to personalized medicine, offering tailored therapies based on individual patient tumor profiles. Thus, the research surrounding this monomeric recombinant protein is pivotal in advancing our understanding of tumor immunology and enhancing the efficacy of cancer immunotherapies.
