简介
MCEMP1, a type II transmembrane protein, is a lung-specific surface protein and functions as an adaptor for KIT, which promotes SCF-mediated mast cell proliferation. MCEMP1 elicits intracellular signaling through its cytoplasmic immunoreceptor tyrosine-based activation motif and forms a complex with KIT to enhance its autophosphorylation and activation. MCEMP1 regulates cell chemotaxis, adhesion, and migration in a TGFβ dependent manner. MCEMP1 acts as a critical factor in allergic and inflammatory lung diseases[1][2]. MCEMP1 Protein, Mouse (HEK293, Fc) is the recombinant mouse-derived MCEMP1 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with N-hFc labeled tag.

Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The study of MCEMP1 (mast cell expressed protein 1) recombinant protein has gained significant interest in recent years due to its potential role in the immune response and various pathological conditions. MCEMP1, originally identified as a gene expressed in mast cells, is believed to be involved in regulating allergic reactions and inflammation, making it a critical target for understanding immune system dynamics. Research has indicated that variations in MCEMP1 expression may be linked to diseases such as asthma, chronic rhinosinusitis, and other allergic disorders. The recombinant production of MCEMP1 allows for detailed studies into its structure and function, enabling scientists to explore its interactions with other immune cells and signaling pathways. By examining the precise mechanisms through which MCEMP1 influences mast cell activity and mediates immune responses, researchers aim to uncover new therapeutic strategies for managing allergic diseases and improving patient outcomes. In addition, the development of MCEMP1-based biomarkers could enhance diagnostic capabilities in allergic disorders. Overall, the investigation of MCEMP1 recombinant protein not only contributes to our understanding of allergic mechanisms but also opens avenues for innovative treatments targeting mast cell-related disorders.
