稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Interleukin-15 receptor alpha (IL-15Rα) is a critical component of the IL-15 signaling pathway, which plays a crucial role in immune system regulation, particularly in the activation and growth of natural killer (NK) cells and memory T cells. Given its significant involvement in immune responses, IL-15Rα has garnered considerable attention for its potential applications in immunotherapy and vaccine development. Researchers have been investigating the recombinant expression of IL-15Rα to enhance the understanding of its biological functions and to develop therapeutic strategies that could harness its properties. The recombinant protein facilitates studies on receptor interactions, downstream signaling pathways, and the mechanisms governing lymphocyte activation and survival. Moreover, by producing IL-15Rα as a recombinant protein, scientists aim to utilize it in clinical settings to improve immune responses against cancers and chronic infections. This has implications not only for enhancing existing treatment modalities but also for creating novel therapeutic approaches that could leverage the unique characteristics of the IL-15 pathway in the context of immune reconstitution and tumor immunology. Thus, the study of IL-15Rα recombinant protein has become an important area of research in immunology, contributing to our understanding of immune regulation and the development of innovative treatments for various diseases.
