简介
FAM171B may play a role in the progression of pulmonary hypertension by stimulating immune infiltration and immune response. FAM171B promotes tumor progression by stabilizing vimentin in the cytoplasm. FAM171B is a candidate gene for a neurodegenerative disease whose molecules have not yet been characterized. FAM171B Protein, Human (HEK293, Fc) is the recombinant human-derived FAM171B protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-hFc labeled tag.

Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
FAM171B, a member of the FAM171 gene family, has garnered research interest due to its potential role in various cellular processes and its implications in human health and disease. This protein is implicated in neurodevelopmental disorders and is thought to be involved in neuronal signaling and synaptic function. Studies have indicated that FAM171B may play a crucial role in regulating protein interactions and cellular pathways, making it an important target for understanding diseases such as autism and other neurodevelopmental disorders. The recombinant expression of FAM171B allows researchers to investigate its structure and function in detail, providing insights into its biochemical properties and potential mechanisms of action. Moreover, studying the recombinant protein can help elucidate its role in cellular mechanisms, as well as the pathogenic pathways that may be associated with FAM171B dysregulation. Therefore, the ongoing research into the recombinant protein of FAM171B aims to expand our understanding of its biological significance and its potential as a therapeutic target in neurodevelopmental and neurodegenerative diseases. Ultimately, this research contributes to the broader field of molecular biology and genetics, offering promising avenues for developing interventions that could mitigate the effects of disorders linked to FAM171B dysregulation.
